We represent the interests of the clients with integrity and transparency at various levels:
with civil servants, politicians, government members, political executives and other stakeholders. This requires expertise, accuracy, and a very broad network.

Our principles

∴ Accepting engagements

We assess each potential engagement with due care to determine if this fits in with our working methods and approach, and if it fits in with the current social context

We do not accept engagements that conflict with the interests of existing clients

We aim for an optimal balance between the interest of the client and the public interest

We investigate the feasibility of the engagements and clearly communicate on this with the client

∴ Transparency and integrity

We are clear and open in our communication with our clients, with politicians and other discussion partners

We always inform our discussion partners and other stakeholders who we are, what we do, who we represent, and what interests are at stake.

We frequently inform our clients on the progress of the lobbying process. Our clients are aware of our working method

∴ Confidentiality

From the first contact, we will maintain full confidentiality with regard to sensitive information provided and actions carried out in the course of the engagement or relationship.

We also maintain the confidentiality of information of current and former clients and third parties.

We communicate information to external parties only after consultation with and agreement obtained from current and former clients.

We maintain an obligation of confidentiality, and a confidentiality clause is signed by all employees upon the start of employment.

∴ Actively avoiding conflicts of interest

During the engagement, we closely monitor any potential conflicts of interest. If a conflict of interest should arise during an engagement, this is discussed with transparency and if necessary, action is taken accordingly.

All our employees are subject to a non-solicitation clause set out in their employment contract.

We prevent any ancillary positions from leading to conflicts of interest

∴ In conclusion

Currently, no legislation or regulations specifically apply to the public affairs field. We will comply with any future legislation and regulations or other forms of agreements as imposed by authorities and/or Parliament.
